We stayed at a budget hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well and the location was convenient, with a hospital, shopping malls, and a place of worship nearby. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement. The hotel staff caused some confusion with their reservation process and cancellation fees, but were otherwise polite.

The New City Hotel in Kajang exceeded expectations. Spacious budget room, comfortable sleep, friendly staff, convenient location near MRT station and sate restaurants.

I loved the ideal location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to both the train/MRT stations and shop outlets. The room was also spacious for a single traveller like me. Moreover, I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to the hospital and nearby shopping mall. The staff were friendly and even provided an iron upon request. a comfortable stay with great hotel facilities and transportation.

That the room was missing some basic amenities, like an iron and instant coffee, which we had to request multiple times. The cleaning staff also missed changing some of the linens which was a bit frustrating.
